In order to start an application for this group booking reservation, you need to first select a unit.

Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during this process, you can return later and access your application using your portal account email address and password. Please remember to save this information for future use.

If you are applying with other occupants, please use the Joint Leasing application type. If you are applying individually with or without a guarantor, please use the Individual Leasing application type.

If you have a guarantor or will have other occupants on your lease applying with you, please do not start separate applications. The primary applicant will be asked to add a guarantor and/or other occupants during this process.

All applicants must be 18 years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 will be listed as minor occupants.
